When reporting problems please include the following information:
product name (SpreadScript or NExS);
license or serial number;
operating system version and hardware platform;
for NExS, window manager and X server versions;
telephone number and return email address;
if the problem is reproducible, send a description of steps which lead to the problem; and
if possible, include the script or spreadsheet that causes the problem.
